Frankie Smoke ships products globally. Orders placed before 1pm EST on business days will ship the same day, orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the following business dat.

All shipments are sent with tracking information. Tracking numbers are sent via email (to the email submitted with the order) once the order is shipped from our fulfillment centre. 

For domestic Canadian shipments: Please allow 1 business day (if placed after 1pm EST) for order processing, plus the amount of days for your chosen shipping method:

• Standard shipping via Canada Post (3-9 business days) - $13
• Xpress Post via Canada Post (1-3 business days) - $18
• Standard Shipping via Canada Post (3-9 business days) - FREE - offered on orders valued over $75 (before tax)

 
For USA shipments: Please allow 1 business day (if placed after 1pm EST) for order processing, plus the amount of days for your chosen shipping method:

• Standard shipping via Canada Post/United States Postal Serivce (4-10 business days) - $15
• Standard shipping via Canada Post/United States Postal Serivce (4-10 business days) - FREE - offered on orders valued over $75
• DHL Express Service (1-3 business day) - $35
  
  

For International shipments (outside the USA & Canada): Please allow 1 business day (if placed after 1pm EST) for order processing, plus the amount of days for your chosen shipping method:

• DHL Express Service (3-8 business days) - $45.00
• Standard shipping via Canada Post/(your country's) Federal Postal service (10-16 business days) - $25.00
