Shipping Policy

Frankie Smoke ships products globally. Orders placed before 1pm EST on business days will ship the same day, orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the following business day.

All shipments are sent with tracking information and shipped via the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking numbers are sent via email (to the email submitted with the order) once the order is shipped from our fulfillment centre. 

Canadian shipments: Please allow 1 business day (if placed after 1pm EST) for order processing, plus the amount of days for your chosen shipping method:

  • UPS Standard (2-5 business days) - $14  ( FREE shipping offered on orders $100+ , pre-tax) 
  • UPS Expedited (1-3 business days) - $35
  • UPS Overnight (1 business day) -$50

 
 USA shipments: Please allow 1 business day (if placed after 1pm EST) for order processing, plus the amount of days for your chosen shipping method:

  • UPS Standard (4-6 business days) - $12  ( FREE shipping offered on orders $100+ , pre-tax) 
  • UPS Expedited (2-4 business days) - $22
  • UPS Overnight (1-3 business days) -$55

     * Please note that due to the recent changes in import fees and taxes (tariffs on all goods imported into the US), all import fees are the responsibility of the customer (person receiving the order). The charges due upon delivery are federal and or state taxes, and carrier fees associated with brokering the goods into the USA - they are not affiliated with Frankie Smoke Inc. Frankie Smoke Inc does not receive any import costs that are due upon delivery of goods to US residents. If you decide to refuse the delivery and have the package shipped back to Frankie Smoke please note that a refund will not be issued until the goods are received back to Frankie Smoke and have been inspected. The refund amount will be issued to the form of payment used during ordering, and refund amount will deduct any initial shipping costs paid, as well as any return shipping fees and import costs. 

 

 International shipments outside the USA & Canada: Please allow 1 business day (if placed after 1pm EST) for order processing, plus the amount of days for your chosen shipping method:

  • UPS Standard (7-14 business days) - $45.00
