We want you to love your Frankie items as much as you love your bud! If you've changed your mind and would like to request a return please email sayhigh@frankiesmoke.com with the subject line: Return Request (Order #XXXX)

General overview and important notes below.

Returns are accepted under the following the conditions: 

  • The item(s) has/have not been used or worn.
  • Email us within 30 days of your order date. 
  • All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. 
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the Frankie customer. Please send return packages with tracking information. 

Please inspect your package upon initial delivery - if the package is severely damaged please take a photo. Some of our pieces are made of glass which means they have the potential to break in transit. If your item arrives damaged please email sayhigh@frankiesmoke.com and we will gladly send out a replacement package.
